EHPA are able to provide their students with an extensive range of sports provision. Not only do our students have access to high quality, sports-specific P.E lessons to meet the needs of the new National P.E Curriculum, they also have access to a number of after school clubs to support their development by acquiring new skills and enhancing their current ability levels.

The progress of our students has led to EHPA entering several local sports competitions against other schools, something which has been quite new to many of our students but equally exciting and rewarding.

Our students have been fortunate enough to reap the benefits of our Academy's wonderful sponsor DRET, who have been pivotal in providing opportunities to meet elite sporting stars from past and present. Students have had the chance to meet many who have represented Great Britain, England or other nations around the world in events such as the Rugby World Cup, Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, European/World Championships and many more - with some even bringing their medals to show our students what they could one day achieve for themselves

We also participate in the DRET Horizons project and virtual competitions to further enhance our provision.
